Room beds were comfortable. Owner uncle was good.

Restroom is not well maintained. People ring door bell in middle of night. Owners son speaks a lot, but aims to extract money, trues confusing customers with finance. So pls talk at your own risk.

The only good thing about the property is that it is near to the airport....around 3-4 Km

The property seems to be run like a family owned business. The same person handles bookings, reception, restaurant and other services....Mr Nitin. While making room booking online, the room details mentioned was an extra-large double bed (181-210 cm wide). However none of the rooms had even a King size bed (only queen sized beds were available). To top it all, the manager tried to brush it off as to why we are concerned about the size of bed and that "bed size is not such a big deal"! There were cockroaches in the rooms. Noise was a constant issue; in fact my child got scared with the sudden whirring of the water motor running at around 11pm in the night. The saddest part is that a lot of things mentioned online like sound-proofing, king size/extra large beds are not actually true; customers depend on the details mentioned online for true services onsite. Housekeeping was not up to the mark. The less said about the breakfast the better. On one day, there was just cold noodles and tea for breakfast; the other day I did not bother to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant. We could hear disgruntled voices of other guests as well. The smooth talking from the manager did not help as no ground efforts to improve any services was made. In fact Mr Nitin offered to reduce the charges if we cancelled our online booking made through Booking.com which I flatly refused. After that he was really rude with us. For the first time we felt let down on a stay booking made online.

Mr Nitin is very helpful. The rooms are well maintained and with modern finishing as shown in the pictures. Airport is very close to the property.They provided us late check out as our flight was around 12 in the afternoon. I had dinner at hotel restaurant, to my surprise the taste was exceptionally good at decent price.

The staff are not well trained. They provide everything but you have to keep asking, they need to be more professional.

Disappointing

Did not honor the communicated check-in time. Got my room only at 10:30. Room cleanliness was average.

The staff simply denied our booking said you had a last minute booking and it is not updated with us. Very bad experience

The synchronisation with booking.com or any site should be there so that people should not suffer. We needed to book another hotel and left with luggage and all.

Hotel location is close to airport. Staff were friendly, food is homely cook taste

Room size was very small and no space to open bag, very cluster phobic for 3 member family , cleanses of whole property was not good, no choice of food for breakfast and it was kind of budget property

The owner, Nitin was super helpful. He helped us plan the whole itinerary as we had limited stay and didn't wish to miss the most important places. He also booked most of our tickets at discounted rates & helped us with the pick-up & drop. The rooms were calm too. We only had 1 small issue, that the rooms were a little smaller than our expectations but everything else was perfect. Even the food was nice.

The hosts at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly! They made some great suggestions for sightseeing not only in Port Blair but also in Havelock. They also shared references of their contacts who were also extremely helpful. Hotel was nice and comfortable and value for money! Would definitely live here again!

Toilets were clean, perhaps hanging some air freshener packets could give a fresher scent.

The rooms was very good spacious friendly staffs and also they arranged the best tour for us . Was Amazing fantastic foods were very tasty . All I say is excellent Hospitality

Staff and knowledge of Mr Nitin ( owner - young man ) awesom, thy can give u intricate details and help you to plan ur complete trip , if u landed blindly at portblair thn also thy can manage complt tour plan in cost effective way. Do book wit this property without nay hesitation.Add on : thy can arrange extended tour of island like till diglipur , maya bandar and so on.
